The CBCF Annual Legislative Conference ( also known as CBC Weekend 2019) is set to take place September 11 -15, 2019 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

This year’s theme, 400 Years: Our Legacy & Possibilities, will serve as the building blocks for thought leaders, legislators, grass root organizers, influencers, and DC professionals as they launch hard-hitting policy discussions around issues impacting the African-American community.

Some notable guests set to attend this year include: Tamika Mallory of Women’s March; Madison Jacobs of Google for Startups; Panama Jackson of Very Smart Brothas; DC’s Mayor Muriel Bowser; and Michael Eric Dyson of Georgetown University.
